Volite slanutak? Ja ga nekako najčešće pripremam na salatu uz obavezan dodatak domaćeg bućinog ulja. Ne znam zašto do sada nisam podijelila neku od kombinacija sastojaka s vama, ali evo, došao je i taj dan. Današnji sastojci Slanutak Salate određeni su trenutnom inspiracijom u kombinaciji s ponudom hladnjaka, za koje vjerujem da su vam dobro poznati selekcijski oblici :D
Nekad ubacim naribanu mrkvu, nekad grill piletinu narezanu na trakice, rotkvice, rikolu, može čak i tuna uletiti…uglavnom, nadam se da će vam poslužiti kao inspiracija za brzi ručak ili malo drugačiji prilog.
Potrebni sastojci:
- 250 – 300g konzerviranog slanutka (Alnatura)
- 10ak cherry rajčica
- 2 mlada luka
- 1 paprika
- 100g feta sira (Veronika ili Salakis)
- domaće bučino ulje
- aceto balsamico ili ocat koji koristite
- svježe mljeveni papar
Nema nekog postupka, osim da uzmete veliku lijepu zdjelu i sve prethodno usitnjene sastojke dobro začinite, izmješate i sjednete s društvom za stol :)
