Hi all! Before you start reading this post I want to make sure that you all know this is not a recipe :D I simply wanted to share some ideas from my baby shower with all of you who are planning to organise something similar for a friend who is expecting or for yourself.
I will link everything here and post photos so you know what is what, balloons, photo booth props, cakes, games we played etc.

Let’s start with centrepiece – gold ‘baby’ balloon – super photogenic and easy to stick to the wall with some Scotch tape.

The next thing you need is eucalyptus! Make sure it’s fresh, rather the dry, it’s easier to handle it and stick it to the wall with some blue tack. You can find it at Columbia Flower Market or at any better flower shop.
Pink tissue paper pom poms are from Amazon, really effective and inexpensive way to decorate the wall, you can find them in various colours and play around :) Use Scotch tape to stick them to the wall.

Gold confetti baloons are also from Amazon and they were a big hit! Really effective and so decorative.
These ‘Oh Baby’ Photo Booth Props great for photos and boomerangs are from Party delights website.
Gold ‘Happy Pushing’ hilarious cake topper is also from the same website, girls loved it! :) Especially the ones who already gave birth haha
These super cute Victoria Sponge individual cakes with raspberries and vanilla cream are from Ottolenghi, you can order them via email. They are super responsive and very helpful! I also ordered a big focaccia for the party and everyone loved it :) Everything was super fresh and made for this occasion, my husband picked it up few hours before the baby shower started.
‘Oh baby’ napkins and Gold paper straws are also from Party Delights website.
Light up Message Board was a present from my husband a while ago but you can find a similar and affordable version from Argos here.
I also went with pink drinks like rose wine, pink lemonade, pink Lemon & Rose Presse (perfect with gin!) etc. Don’t forget to add bowls with limes, raspberries, rose petals, fresh mint…so everyone can make their own drink extra special. Here I also played with eucalyptus and I used one of the Photo Booth Props to stick it to the wall.
For round marble platters go to Amazon again and order them here, they are just perfect for making cheese boards for everyone to share!
Oh yes, I almost forgot! You need to have at least one funny game at your baby shower, just to spice things up and I find this one just the right thing! :D Find it here on Etsy and print it at home or in your office.
