My blog is all about balanced diet, simple dishes, easy and fast weekday dinners with a little indulgence from time to time as the name Steak & Merlot suggests. Trying to help and inspire you to cook more delicious meals for you and your family and to have fun while doing it.
I’m not saying NO to sugar or meat, but I’m always trying to find what feels good to me and listen to my body. To be happy is the most important thing and if that slice of cake makes you happy, eat it! But one slice, not two :) At the end of the day nobody really knows what’s healthy and good for you and what’s not but yourself. Not to be confused, I’m talking about real food here, fish, eggs, vegetables… not about fast food and processed stuff.
To sum up, I don’t believe in food trends I believe in good food and finding balance! So join me on my trip of exploring new flavours and cuisines, but I warn you, there will be a lot of cheese. A lot.
